Meet Our Team

Caesar Abraham

Director, Behavior Intervention

I have a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. I have a background in psychology and a thirst for knowledge which drives me to continually seek out new methods and techniques. Working with children is both fun and rewarding, overcoming obstacles as a team is the best part of this endeavor.

Jessica Claveau

Director, Recreational Programming

I create, develop and manage the programs at UGTS and create opportunities for our kids to be kids. I love to help them learn, experience and move forward so they can be the best that they can be. That is why I am part of such a dynamic organization. Our children are such gifts and I like being a part of letting them shine.

Janet Robinson

Blogger (Author)

I am the author of the Ask Janet section of our website. I became involved in UGTS as a result of my passion and interest in building self-esteem in children. Self-esteem is developed in early childhood and I enjoy helping people understand the importance of this trait in children of all ages and abilities .... especially where challenges occur.

Robert Smurthwaite

Information and Technology Specialist

As the IT specialist for UGTS, I maintain the web site, manage users, and generally make sure things are running smoothly. Having a disability of any kind can make life very challenging, especially for children, and I want to do everything I can to ease this challenge, which is why I’ve chosen to work for this great organization.
