Resources for Healing, Reflection, and Personal Growth
Healing is a journey.
It can involve learning, reflection, self-awareness, difficult conversations, new perspectives, and the courage to understand our experiences in different ways.
The Healing & Learning page provides educational resources for anyone seeking opportunities for reflection, personal growth, trauma-informed learning, and deeper understanding.
These resources complement the trauma-informed philosophy of UGTS while remaining separate from UGTS programs and services.
The Sacred Journey: Truth Without Walls
A Journey Through Truth, Healing, and Transformation
The Sacred Journey: Truth Without Walls is an independent educational and storytelling initiative exploring themes of trauma, healing, resilience, identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and personal transformation.
Through honest conversations, stories, educational material, and reflective resources, The Sacred Journey creates space to explore experiences that are often difficult to talk about.
Its purpose is to encourage deeper understanding, challenge silence, and support people as they explore their own pathways toward healing and growth.
The Sacred Journey is a separate entity from UGTS and is not a UGTS program.

Truth Without Walls Podcast
Conversations That Create Space for Truth
The Truth Without Walls Podcast explores real experiences and meaningful conversations around trauma, healing, relationships, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
The podcast creates a space where difficult subjects can be approached with honesty, compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Listeners are invited to reflect, learn, and consider new perspectives on their own journeys.
Learning as Part of Healing
At UGTS, we recognize that healing can take many forms.
For some people, healing begins with safety.
For others, it begins with being heard, understanding their experiences, developing new skills, reconnecting with community, or discovering that they are not alone.
Education can be part of that process.
The resources gathered here are intended to complement UGTS's trauma-informed philosophy by creating additional opportunities for learning, reflection, awareness, and personal growth.
