Gentle Steps is a trauma-informed emotional regulation program developed by Unique Get Together Society to support children, youth, families, educators, and professionals through practical, easy-to-use strategies that promote emotional well-being and resilience.
Whether at home, in the classroom, or within the community, Gentle Steps provides individuals with the tools to pause, regulate, and respond with confidence and self-awareness.
