YOGA FOR KIDS

Part of our Daycare program, our Yoga classes help children grow stronger, calmer, and more focused. Through playful movements, breathing, and relaxation, kids build confidence, balance, and joy

Benefits of Yoga for Children

Our sessions are playful and age-appropriate, making yoga fun and engaging for toddlers, preschoolers, and older kids up to 12 years.

Age Groups:

  • Toddlers: 18–36 months

  • Preschoolers: 3–5 years

  • Kids: 6–12 years

Schedule:

  • Yoga sessions are held twice a week, fully included in our daycare program.

Our Instructors:

  • Our certified children’s yoga instructors are trained in early childhood education, ensuring safe and age-appropriate sessions.

Integration with Daycare:

  • Yoga complements our arts, music, and outdoor activities, helping children grow in every way.
